Rome · The Roman collection
Villa Urbani Apartments brings together seven private homes in Rome's most authentic neighbourhoods: Trastevere, the historic centre around Campo de' Fiori, Testaccio and the Gianicolo hill. Each apartment is personally selected, furnished and cared for by our family.
No reception desks, no corridors: real homes, quiet and full of light, with fully equipped kitchens, quality linen and everything you need to live Rome like a resident, not a tourist.
Booking is direct: pick your dates on each home's availability calendar and send your request. We reply personally, with no intermediaries and no extra fees.
The neighbourhoods
Cobbled alleys, historic trattorias and the most authentic Roman life. Home to the Panoramico, the Natale del Grande and the Loft, a short walk from the centre.
In the heart of Renaissance Rome, between the Campo de' Fiori market, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. The two Campo de' Fiori homes are reachable on foot only: Rome at its most beautiful.
The neighbourhood of Roman cuisine, the market and Monte dei Cocci. Genuine and off the tourist trail, a stone's throw from the Aventine and the Tiber.
On the hill overlooking the city, among green walks and Rome's most celebrated view. The ideal retreat for those seeking quiet just minutes from Trastevere.
